We offer three categories: Road Bikes (from $47/day) with mechanical or electronic shifting for Taiwan's scenic highways; Mountain Bikes (from $80/day) with single or dual suspension for trails; and E-Bikes for leisurely touring or long-distance routes like the Taiwan Round Island. All bikes include helmet, lights, and tool kit.

Absolutely! The Taiwan Round Island route (環島1號線, 960.8 km) is one of our most popular long-distance rentals. We recommend our touring road bikes or e-bikes for this epic journey. We offer pickup and delivery in Taipei, Hsinchu, and Tainan to support your route.

What is the minimum rental period and are there discounts?

Accepted Answer

The minimum rental period is 3 days. We offer automatic discounts: 3–5 day rentals receive 5% off, and 5–9 day rentals receive 10% off. These discounts are applied automatically at checkout.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations 7 or more days before the rental start date receive a full 100% refund. Cancellations 5–7 days before receive a 30% refund. Cancellations 3–5 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 3 days are non-refundable. Date changes are free with at least 7 days notice.

Do you serve areas outside Taipei, such as Hsinchu or Tainan?
