You can return the bike to our shop, or we can arrange a hotel pickup at the end of your rental period. Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance for hotel pickup arrangements.
A refundable security deposit of USD 200–500 (depending on bike model) is required at the time of rental. The deposit is fully refunded upon return of the bike in its original condition.

No hidden fees. The daily rate shown on our website is all-inclusive. Hotel delivery and pickup within Taipei City is free. Optional accessories (helmet, lock, panniers) are available at a small additional charge.

Due to regulatory requirements, insurance is not included in the rental fee. We strongly recommend that all riders purchase their own personal travel insurance that covers cycling activities before their trip.
Minor wear and tear is covered under warranty. In the event of significant damage or theft, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit. We strongly recommend locking your bike securely whenever it is left unattended. In the event of theft, a police report must be filed within 24 hours.
We strongly recommend wearing a helmet, and one is provided free of charge with every rental. While Taiwanese law does not require adults to wear helmets, we require all riders to wear one for their safety. Children under 18 are legally required to wear a helmet.
We offer a curated fleet of premium bikes: Road Bikes (carbon and aluminum), Mountain Bikes (hardtail and full-suspension), and E-Bikes (pedal-assist). All bikes are regularly serviced and maintained to the highest standards.
Every rental bike includes a helmet, front and rear lights, a tool kit (tire levers, patch kit, mini pump), a handlebar bag, and a cycling computer. Additional accessories are available for an extra charge upon request.
Yes! We carry bikes in S, M, L, and XL sizes. When booking, please provide your height so we can recommend the best fit. We can also adjust saddle height and handlebar position at pickup.
